Determining floor flatness using laser scanning
Matušková, Klára ; Kalvodová, Petra (referee) ; Kalvoda, Petr (advisor)
The aim of the diploma thesis was to determine the flatness of the floor using two methods, levelling and laser scanning, their subsequent comparison and evaluation of differences between them. The thesis deals mainly with laser scanning and namely the used scanner and the software for point cloud processing. Furthermore, there is a compilation of existing technical standards dealing with this topic.
Documentation of Balkónová and Balkóta passages in Býčí skála cave
Velecká, Kateřina ; Kuruc, Michal (referee) ; Kratochvíl, Radim (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with documentation of the part of cave system Býčí skála, namely of the passages Balkónová chodba, Balkóta and part of the passage Kóta 314 in the form of a ground plan, extended longitudinal section and cross sections in the scale of 1:250. The thesis contains a short description of the locality, steps from recognition and completion of the existing measuring network to a detailed survey and creating of the final map in the JTSK coordinate system and the Bpv height system. For the detailed measurement was used a special speleological measuring method utilizing a device DistoX2 with a tablet and the program TopoDroid for creation of the measuring sketch.
Monitoring shifts of the rock block "Hřebenáč" in the Moravian Karst
Lukesová, Dominika ; Kašpar, Karel (referee) ; Šváb, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this bachelor thesis is the observation of the shift of the rock formation Hřebenáč in the Moravian Karst. The monitored rock formation is located in front of the Sloup-Sosuvka Caves, in Sloup village. The measurement is done because of the climbers’ and visitors’ security reasons. Firstly, a network of surveying was built and the points on the first rock were placed. The zero phase was measured in August, the first phase in December 2014. The measurements have been done by trigonometric method and levelling method. As a result, the calculation of the levelling method has been done, equalization in VMK program and subsequent transformation in Groma. The evaluation of the shifts has been done on the basis of the comparison of phases.
Deformations Monitoring of Bridge Construction
Fuchs, Martin ; Váša, Petr (referee) ; Soukup, František (advisor)
The aim of my work is to describe the process of monitoring deformations of the bridge construction, applied to the specific case of the bridge: Elevated Prackovice. This work includes general theorems and methods and their use in monitoring of this object. It reflected the influence of geological bedrock. The result of this work is evaluation of the influence of the ongoing construction and landslides to the deformations of the elevated road.
Surveying of the polygon in the cave area named Býčí skála in the Moravian Karst
Zoubek, Petr ; Mottl, Tomáš (referee) ; Šváb, Tomáš (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with surveying traverse in the main corridor of the cave Býčí skála in the Moravian karst. Specifically, in the area called Proplavaná skála. The results of the thesis are permanently stabilized points in the state coordinate system S - JTSK and vertical datum Bpv, which will further serve speleologists to conduct documentation of this part of the cave system. Traverse is subsequently displayed in the maps compared to the surface.
Design of leveling device
Kasarová, Dominika ; Řezníček, Svatopluk (referee) ; Haltof, Vladimír (advisor)
Theme of this bachelor’s thesis is design of level device, which is used to survey level in civil engineering and to measure elevations in geodesy. The aim is to design level device with the respect to technical, functional and ergonomic requirements. By integrating certain parts in the whole shape is prevented damage of device caused by carrying and improper handling, and creating user-friendly product aims to as effective and intuitive use as possible.
Monitoring shifts of the rock block "Hřebenáč" in the Moravian Karst
Geratová, Patrícia ; Kašpar, Karel (referee) ; Šváb, Tomáš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the monitoring of horizontal and vertical movements of the rock formation "Hřebenáč". The monitoring was conducted in order to assess visitor safety in the area, for the formation is located near the entrance to the cave and is popular with climbers. Before conducting the monitoring a survey network was created and points of contact located on the formation face. The monitoring was carried out in two stages using a trigonometric and a levelling method. The data obtained in individual stages were balanced, transformed and compared. The results of the thesis will be provided to the administration of the protected landscape area CHKO Moravský kras.
Comparison of Plain Line Tamping Methods
Bombera, Jan ; Hartmann, Miroslav (referee) ; Svoboda, Richard (advisor)
The diploma´s thesis deals with evaluation of adjusted track tamping technology and its comparison with currently used technology. This is based on track geometry parameters measuring and its vertical movement on the test section, which was created on double track Břeclav – Přerov near Rohatec station. On this test section one line was tamped with the currently used method within regular maintenance work and the second line was tamped with the adjusted technology. The technology modification is based on application of increased number of tamping tines squeezing strokes, which results in a creation of bigger and more compacted sleeper bed. The point of this thesis is to verify, that the speed of the track geometry parameters degradation is smaller in case of adjusted technology use. Thanks to that it would be possible to extend the maintenance cycles in case of compliance with track parameters maintenance limits and traffic safety.
The Using of GNSS Permanent Networks for Height Determination
Kuruc, Michal ; Sokol,, Štefan (referee) ; Kostelecký,, Jan (referee) ; Vatrt, Viliam (referee) ; Weigel, Josef (advisor)
This Thesis deals with the evaluation of height accuracy of GNSS point positioning. Many experimental measurements aimed on GNSS and heights issues was realised within this work. The ellipsoidal heights were measured together with the orthometric heights and then the local Quasigeoid model was created. The network of height points was built to realisation of proposed measurements on the territory of the city Brno. The model of Quasigeoid from experimental measurement was compared with any other models of Quasigeoid and with local astronomical model. The partial aim of this Thesis is the proposal of methodology of height determination by GNSS technology and levelling measurement together. We can determine or verify the orthometric heights by using GNSS measurement and this methodology.
Verification of interaction between the foundation plate and the pile
Kozáková, Marcela ; Hrubešová,, Eva (referee) ; Turček,, Peter (referee) ; Horák, Vladislav (advisor)
The doctoral thesis deal with the interaction between the foundation plate and deep foundation in the form of bored piles in the case of skeleton construction. The issue of tension redistribution from the column between the plate and the pile is investigated on specific object – „Shopping and entertainment center Fórum Nová Karolina”. On this object were selected columns monitored and load tests of the piles was executed. Values of the axial loading of the piles and the actual deformation of the construction have been derived from measurements and tests. They were compared with the results of structural behavior by numerical modeling.
